In his 27 years of Dynamic work experience, he played a pivotal role in the development of Domestic and International markets. Holding various positions such as Manager, General Manager, and Vice President (National and International Sales & Marketing) with Leading steel wire rope companies, he successfully expanded the markets in Mexico, Turkey, South Africa, Germany, The Netherlands, Nepal, and The Middle East (Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Kuwait).

Having served as Vice President (National and International Sales and Marketing) at Bharat Wire Ropes Ltd. Mumbai, he utilized his exceptional background to establish his own company, named ‘Shivam Rope Solutions Private Limited’ in 2019. The company’s motto is ‘Positive Growth is Life’.
